The full title of our collective is:
National collective of Russian Federation Nizhny Novgorod State University Academic Choir!
We are one of the oldest student choirs of Nizhny Novgorod. Due to the continued support of the Rectorate and the Students Arts Center of the Nizhny Novgorod State University, choir successfully implements creative trips to festivals and competitions in cities of Russia and abroad. In 2010, the choir has celebrated its 60th anniversary.

Besides enlightening and singing activity, the collective participates in organization and holding of traditional university choirs festival “Young Voices” since 1983, author’s idea of which belonged to Vladimir Izyumenko, choir director and conductor during 35 years.
